Earlier this week I bought some shelving components from you to make some bookcases for the house to which I have just moved. They arrived today, as scheduled, were notably well packed and therefore completely pristine. I have now erected them (easy peasy, fun and self-evident; didn’t need a video) and have to report that they look quite splendid. They were not cheap, but are worth every penny – they look great, are clearly solid and sturdy and I am looking forward to my books coming out of store. My first purchase from you but it will not be the last.
