All I can say is-brilliant !!
Please pass our thanks onto everyone involved with our order-our bookcase looks absolutely brilliant-we thought it would-but it beats our expectations by miles!
It is impossible to fault, the process – the rapid reaction to our initial enquiry, the quality product and something overlooked by many businesses today – the people! There have been quite a number, ( unfortunately I didn’t note everyone’s name down) involved, all of whom were prepared to help us, which gave us the confidence to place our order.
Special thanks to Gary and the warehouse team who helped us by doing one of the fixes and then taking such care to package our products so securely; the call after delivery making sure we were happy was also very much appreciated!
